Designer first,photographer second.
My name is Philippe Piraux. My first profession taught me to design objects, to perceive space and to master materials. Today, I put that same industrial designer’s eye at the service of the image.
From the rigour of design to the freedom of the frame, I translate the technical sophistication of your projects and the authenticity of the field into photographs and moving images.

What designchanges in the way I see.
A building has a geometry. I look for the precise angle that makes its structure legible, without ever distorting it.
Concrete, steel, glass, wood… I use light to reveal the texture and authenticity of what a place is made of.
A space only exists through those who build it and live in it. I make sure that men and women find their place naturally in every situation.
